Sticky Messages

Sticky messages are messages that permanently remain at the bottom of a channel. They can notably be used to display a list of information.

In an advertising channel, for example, they can be used as a reminder of the rules:

When a new message is sent, the old sticky message is deleted and a new one is sent to stay at the bottom.
