Additions

• New configuration for the counter module: the leaderboard link can be automatically displayed by Ptarmigan each time a counter milestone is reached (configurable).
• When chatting with the chatbot, the bot now displays "Ptarmigan is typing..." below messages.

Fixes

• The /text ascii command could display Font: undefined when no font had been selected.
• Some texts in /partnership were not translated.
• The /weather command sometimes displayed an invalid visibility distance.
• The formatting of /serverinfo could be incorrect in rare cases.
• Other bugs fixed.
