Additions

• The size limit for advertisements in /partnership make has been increased from 1940 to 3800 characters
• The /partnership make command now displays who made the partnership in the message
• Moderators can now /warn and /unmute other moderators (only if they have lower roles than the author of the command)
• Added translations for the new "Pin messages" permission in various menus.

Changes

Some parameter limits have been changed:

• In the Starboard module, the range of values for "Minimum reaction" has been changed from 3-10 to 1-15.
• The maximum number of premium reaction role menus has been increased from 10 to 20
• The maximum number of premium auto-responders has been increased from 10 to 30
• The maximum number of premium auto-roles has been increased from 10 to 20
